The 25-year woman who was stabbed to death Sunday on James Island was a Charleston native, 2005 graduate of James Island Charter High School and a bartender at Locklear’s Beach City Grill, according to her Facebook page.

Tasha Lucia, 25, who lived in the apartment on Encampment Court was found dead of stab wounds, according to the Charleston County Coroner’s Office.

Police found her dead in a bedroom about 5 p.m.

Police found the man suspected of stabbing her to death asleep in another room and covered in blood, according to incident report.

Robert T. Kronsberg, 30, who lives at the apartment, was charged with murder and possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime.

He calls himself Tilghman Kronsberg on his Facebook page, which leads with a bloody chainsaw scene from the film “American Psycho.”

Police found Lucia lying on a bedroom floor with wounds to her head and chest, according to the incident report. They found Kronsberg sleeping in a bed in a front bedroom, shirtless, with blood on his chest and abdomen and a 3-inch vertical laceration on his left wrist.

Medics were called to bandage him and take him to the Medical University Hospital emergency room before he was booked into the Charleston County jail.
