March 09, 2013 - The second annual Taste of Black Charleston, part of the Charleston Black Expo, was a fun-filled evening of culinary delights and tasty libations served up by area caterers, chefs and restaurants. The upscale event, which was hosted by Jack and Jill of Greater Charleston and co-sponsored by Ciroc and Crown Royal Black, featured chef Daniel Thomas and live entertainment by violinist Daniel D, saxophonist Davone Gary, singer and guitarist Faith Cyn, and the Horizon Band. The event served as a fundraising initiative for a local charity.
