January 01, 2013 - In its 12the year, Snyder Event Rentals again hosted their popular Snyder Grand Ball at the S.C. Aquarium. Surrounded by fish, turtles, stingrays and sharks, attendees enjoyed heavy hors d’oeuvres and an open bar, all overlooking the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge and Charleston Harbor. Dubbed by organizers as “the biggest dance party in S.C.,” this year’s entertainment included Quiana Parler and Friends headline the main hall and DJ R Dot and DJ Natty Heavy mixing it up by the shark tank. Proceeds supported the Darkness to Light organization, which works to end child sexual abuse.
