ANDREW KNAPP/STAFF Doug Ludlum, an organist for 32 years at St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church in downtown Charleston, rang the steeple bell 26 times Friday morning to memorialize the Connecticut shooting victims exactly one week after the tragedy.
