North Charleston police arrest man in connection with Gordon Street shooting

Terrence Kendall McNeill, Jr. is charged with attempted robbery, attempted murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime in connection with a shooting on Gordon Street. Swelling to McNeill's face is the result of a gunshot wound received during the incident, police said.
