First phase of Crosstown work coming to a close

So far, work on the Septima Clark Parkway, known as the “Crosstown,” has concentrated on the eastern portion of the thoroughfare, around Coming to Spring streets. The next phase will focus on the western half: from the area of President Street toward Lockwood Boulevard.
